Los estudios sobre la Revolución Rusa estuvieron fuertemente dominados por los contex- tos de producción en los cuales se inscribieron, como la Guerra Fría o la desestalinización. La disolución de la URSS en 1991 supuso un quiebre notable en ese sentido, ya que se observaron cambios en las perspectivas teóricas, un mejoramiento en el acceso a las fuen- tes y nuevos marcos políticos. A casi cien años de la Revolución, este artículo repasa las principales transformaciones en la historiografía en las dos últimas décadas: las temáticas que prevalecen, los nuevos aportes y las narrativas emergentes. De esta manera, cuando las condiciones actuales de vida siguen siendo en varios sentidos las mismas que animaron a los protagonistas de 1917, se busca aportar elementos para narrar hoy una historia de la Revolución que ayude a comprender mejor tanto ese pasado como nuestro presente.

Abstract
Studies about Russian Revolution were strongly dominated by the contexts in which they were enrolled, as the Cold War or the de-Stalinization. The dissolution of the USSR in 1991 was a significant break in that sense and some changes were observed: in the theoretical perspectives, in the improved access to sources and in the new political frameworks. As we are reaching the Centenary of Revolution, this article reviews the main changes in his- toriography observed during the last twenty years: the themes that prevail, the new con- tributions and the emerging narratives. Thus, when the current living conditions remain in many ways the same as they encouraged the protagonists of 1917, it seeks to provide some elements to narrate a history of the Revolution that gives us a better understanding of the past as well of our present.
