This paper explores the configuration of a community of ideas centered on the notion of “dialogue” as an emerging paradigm to process memory conflicts of the recent past. It is a heterogeneous space in which cultural managers, politicians, journalists, intellectuals and academics converge, and which recognizes the activity of Pablo Avelluto, editor and Minister of Culture of the Nation (2015-2019), as one of its main points of reference for the articulation of these spaces and actors. The promotion of debates, initiatives and alternative proposals to the policies of memory of kirchnerism constitutes a dimension of the new right barely addressed by recent literature, more focused on the reconciliatory views promoted by the liberal-conservative press, than on the importance assigned by the government of Cambiemos to the cultural plane to intervene in the field of memories.
