Abstract

The work presented here is intended to replace the catalog of books published by the publishing contemporary time between 1968 and 1977, with the aim of recovering the textual universe documentary of this publishing highly significant considering it within the intellectual production of the New Left in our country. Replenishment of that catalog also intend to analyze the relationship between politics and culture that is set as the publisher fundamental horizon to schedule their publications. Against interpretations that tend to establish for a cancellation period of cultural logic produced by an overdetermination of revolutionary politics in intellectual practices, it demonstrates that this form of relationship between politics and culture was not exclusive, which were found through the publication of certain books that cultural criteria not vanished completely under the influence of the revolutionary era interpellations.
